# Creating Custom Agenda Templates

**Your Organization can create and save your own customized agenda templates - as many as you want! This helps make meeting prep faster and easier for every Admin! This article spells out how to create your organization's customized agenda templates. **

| Creating a custom agenda template for each one of your committees is a great way to make meeting prep faster, and ensure content consistency. 

|| Only Organization Admins can create/save custom agenda templates for your organization. Contact your organization's administrator(s) for assistance with these tasks. 

## Creating a new custom agenda template for your organization: 
1. Click `Add Agenda` from meetings list page or on a specific meeting's page. 
2. The agenda templates selection screen will appear. Select `Blank Template`.
3. Fill out the agenda with the template details desired and click on the `Save as template` link at the top of the form. 
4. Select `Create a new template` and fill in this new template's title. _Note: Using a naming convention for your custom agenda templates (such as the committee's name) will make selection of the correct template easy._ 
5. Click `Save`. _This custom template will now show up in your template selection screen under Custom Templates, and can be used for all future agenda creation._ 
6. Repeat this process as many times as needed to create custom templates for each committee, etc..
