# Emailing People in the Portal

**Emailing members is easy and quick inside BoardSpot. It is possible to email multiple people at once through your board portal. This article clarifies how to email other committee members.**


## Emailing members of a Board or Committee:
1. Navigate to the Board or Committee's page, and select `Email Members` under `Actions`.  
2. Validate the recipient(s) for the email by ensuring the blue box next to their name is filled with a checkmark. (Note: by unchecking the box next to 'Recipients', at top of the list of names, you will unselect everyone.)
3. Fill in the email Subject and write the email Message in the text box.
4. Click 'Send Email'.
