# How to Print a Document

**As long as the Org Admins have allowed it, members can download and print documents from the portal.**


# How to Print a Document
## Open and Print a Document:
1. Click the title of the document to open it in the sidebar
2. Click the menu icon in the top-left corner
3. Select the Print option from the dropdown
_Note: there is an option that administrators can use that prevents documents from being downloaded or printed, so if this option is selected, you won't be able to print the document._
