# Mac Calendar Integration

## To Subscribe to your portal's calendar:
1. In the portal, under your profile menu, select Calendar Preferences and click Advanced option.  
2. Toggle on `Sync my meetings and events with iCal` and `Copy` the link provided there.
3. Open the Calendar App on your Mac.
4. Under the File menu, choose New Calendar Subscription.
5. Paste in the calendar link you copied from BoardSpot, into the “Calendar URL" and click "Subscribe".
6. Enter a name for the calendar and choose a color to help you identify it.
7. Under "Location", choose iCloud to see your meetings on your iPhone, iPad, or other iOS device.
8. Under "Auto-Refresh", choose Every 5 minutes.
9. Click "OK".
Your calendar will appear in the "Calendars" column on the left under "Other".


## To Unsubscribe from your portal's calendar:
1. In the calendars column, right-click on the calendar you which to remove.
2. Choose "Unsubscribe" in the popup that appears.
3. Confirm on the next screen.
Your calendar will no longer appear in the "Calendars" column on the left.
