# Meeting Packet

** The BoardSpot meeting packet is a complete and polished agenda for meeting participants. This article explains the meeting packet features. **

|| Org admins and Committee admins can generate a meeting packet under the Meetings Settings. For help with this, please contact your organization's administrators. 


# Meeting Packets
### The blue Meeting Packet link is at the top of every meeting's page.

## To view, download, or open the meeting packet in another browser tab:

* To view the meeting packet inside the portal simply click the `Meeting Packet` link at the top of the meeting's page and the document will slide in from the right side of the screen. Click the "X" to close the document.

* To download the meeting packet, hover over the `Meeting Packet` link and select the "Download file" symbol.

* To open the meeting packet in another browser tab, hover over the `Meeting Packet` link and select the "Open in new tab" symbol.
