# Need Support? Chat with us!

** Any portal member can chat with the BoardSpot team, for questions or assistance.**

## To Chat with the BoardSpot team:
1. Log into your board portal. 
2. Select `Support` from the left sidebar menu. (See picture below)
3. Click on `Chat with Support`  and the chat window will open. 
4. Compose your chat message and click on the blue "send" button.
_Note: if you have to leave the portal before your chat is answered, the reply will be forwarded to the email address listed in your portal profile. You can then reply back via email or return to the chat window to continue the conversation_.
