# NEW Membership Report

**BoardSpot includes a Report to show admins the Membership of your board/committees.**

|| To access the Membership Report you must have administrative permissions for the portal.

# Membership Report
## Running and Downloading the Membership Report
1. As an admin, select `Reports`on the sidebar menu and click `Membership Report`.
2. Select the preferred Layout and Settings for the report. Customize options include participant roles and profile information.
3. Click `Download PDF` or use dropdown arrow to select `Download Word`.  *Note: Find the downloaded report on your device in the folder/file where your documents are stored.*
