# Sending Portal Invitations & Password Resets

**Inviting portal members in BoardSpot can be en masse or one person at a time. This article gives instructions for both methods.**


## Sending out portal invitations en masse:
1. As an Org Admin, navigate to the People page.
2. Select `Actions` at top of the page and click the `Send invites` link. *NOTE: This will send an invitation email to every member of your portal whose profile shows "not yet invited".*

## Sending a portal invitation to a single person:
1. As an Org Admin, navigate to the People page.
2. Click on the `Send Invite` or `Resend Invite` next to their name. *NOTE: This will send an invitation email to only this member of your portal.*
