# The People Page

**The People home page lists everyone who is in your Organization, categorized by their role. All portal users can add a headshot, contact information, and Bio information in their Profile. Every portal user should update their profile regularly, and familiarize themselves with the other members listed here. This article explains People home page visibility. **

|| All members of the organization can access the People home page! 

## Board Members
* Board members can view People, information, and documents across the entire organization.‌

## Staff
* Staff can view People, information, and documents across the entire organization.‌

## Committee Members
* Committee Members can see the People page, and only view information related to the committees they are members of. 

## Guests
* Guests can can see the People page, and only view information related to the committees they are members of.

| The Guest role is useful for advisory board members, nonprofit consultants, and others who need access to a limited set of information.
