Email (default) Calendar Integration

In BoardSpot, the Email calendar integration is the default and best option. By using the Email calendar integration, all meeting invitations from your portal will be automatically added to your personal calendar and you will receive emails about them. From either the email or the calendar you can quickly RSVP.


To ensure your calendar is set to receive meeting invitations:

  1. Under your profile on the sidebar menu, select Calendar Preferences.
  2. Click the Email (default) option. (see screenshot below)
  3. Hit Save .
