Overview of Calendar Integration Options
BoardSpot portals are created to allow members to choose between two options for how they receive meeting invitations. The Email integration (the default option) puts the meetings directly on the member's personal calendar. The Calendar Feed integration puts the meetings on an additional calendar, within their personal calendar program.
The Email integration option is the default setting in the portal. This option is the simplest way for members to receive meeting notifications, as the meeting appointments automatically get added to their personal calendar.
