Added Support to sidebar menu, with access to BoardSpot's help desk, chat, development roadmap, and feature request system. This update is for every subscription Plan with BoardSpot.
Updated the billing page to show multiple boards, when consolidated billing is requested.
Increased the file upload limit to 100MB for every file field.
Added lots of improvements to the meeting packet, including:
Support for the latest PDF features.
Increased source file sizes to 100MB.
Increased total aggregate file size to 200MB.
Added placeholder pages for any document that doesn't fit the requirements.
Fixed bug in dashboard link handling.
Improved iCalendar feed support for older versions of Outlook.

Note: Everyone WILL receive a meeting invite unless one of the following conditions is met:
The recipient has integrated their calendar.
The recipient has opted out of calendar invitations on their profile.
The sender has opted to not include a calendar invite for every recipient.
Added visual indicator to show who will receive a calendar invite.
Updated iCalendar feed integration and instructions. Moved calendar integration link from dashboard to the user menu.
Added "Add to calendar" links to meetings, with support for Apple, Outlook, Office 365, Google, and Yahoo.

1. Added Document Viewer options to the portal, so users now have three choices - they can view a document right inside the portal, open the document in another browser tab, or download the document to their device. These options are available in Governing Documents, Committee Documents, Agendas, and Meeting Packets.
2. New About tab on board/committee pages. This is a mini-dashboard that shows the next upcoming meeting and the members of the group.
January, 2024
Released many new features for ALL Plans (Essentials, Standard, Professional, and Enterprise) including: Recurring meeting scheduler; Draft and Published status for Meetings, Agendas, and Minutes; Canceled meeting status and calendar automations; Tabs for organization on Committee, Meeting, and other pages.
December, 2023
Vote Between Meetings feature released, which allows admin to set up electronic, multi-day votes that are not a part of a regular meeting. This feature allows the admin to email vote participants and ensures the board/committee attendance records do not include these votes as regular meetings. This feature is available to Standard, Professional, and Enterprise Plans.
November, 2023
Released Zoom integration which allows admin to generate video call link from inside portal, and assign call owner so the owner can start/stop/admin people to the call when the meeting occurs. This feature is available in the Essentials, Standard, Professional, and Enterprise Plans.

Added Email Report in Settings that shows Organization Admins all emails sent from portal. This update is for every subscription Plan with BoardSpot.

1. Released the new Agenda Templates feature, which allows you to create and save agenda templates, which then makes meeting prep faster and easier. This feature is available in the Essentials, Standard, Professional, and Enterprise Plans.
2. Released the new Minutes Builder feature which auto-populates topics and presenters from the agenda so you can start taking the meeting minutes immediately. The minutes are then automatically saved to the meeting so no uploads required. This feature is available in the Standard, Professional, and Enterprise Plans.
