Document Search

The BoardSpot portal allows administrators to search every document within the portal by title, and reveals where the document is located. This article explains how to use this feature.



Document searching requires Org-wide Administrative permissions. For help with this feature please contact your organization's administrator.


Document Searching

How to search for a Document:

  1. As an org-wide admin, navigate to the Documents page.
  2. Place cursor in the Search field at the top of the page.
  3. Type your search criteria (title or word in title of a document) into the open text field and click Search. Note: the portal searches on the document TITLE ONLY. The search function does not search for words within a document
