The Documents Page

Documents are simple way to stay organized in your BoardSpot portal. Governing documents is the home of the official documented information about the Organization. All board members should familiarize themselves with the organization's governing documents, and review them regularly. This article explains Governing Document access.

The Organization Documents tab (visible only to Board Members and Staff) is where you can store the organization's governing documents, grouped into folders.

The Board & Committee Documents tab is filtered for the user and is a single place they can access all document groups/documents that pertain to their board/committee participation.

The Meeting Minutes tab is filtered for the user and is a single place they can find all meeting minutes that pertain to their board/committee participation.

The eSignatures tab (only available in the Professional and Enterprise Plans) is filtered for the user and is a single place they can access all of their eSignature documents.

The All Documents tab is only visible to organization-wide admins and is a global document title search tool.
