Accepting The Portal Invitation
Once you're invited to join an Organization using BoardSpot, getting on board is quick and easy. Logging in regularly will be an integral part of your board service. This article shares how to log in for the first time.
Logging in for the first time:
You will receive an invitation email from your Organization Admin. Click the Accept Invitation link, in the email invitation.
Step 1: Create password
- Users cannot log into their account until a password is created.
- The email "Accept Invite" link will continue to work until a password is created.
- If the user already has a password, they will be prompted to log in instead of creating a password.
- If TFA is required for the organization, that setup will trigger between Step 1 and Step 2.
Step 2: Set calendar preferences and accept invitation
- Timezone is required.
- If the Org has already sent out meeting invitations for the user, the Calendar Preferences popup will appear.
