Once you're invited to join an Organization using BoardSpot, getting on board is quick and easy. Logging in regularly will be an integral part of your board service. ** Any portal member can chat with the BoardSpot team, for questions or assistance.** To Chat with the BoardSpot team: Log into your board portal. Select Support from the left sidebar menu. (See picture below) Click on Chat with Support and the chat window will open. Logging in to BoardSpot is quick and easy. Each member uses their email address as their user name for login. If a password is forgotten, resetting it is simple. In the Professional and Enterprise Plans, BoardSpot People profiles include an optional secondary email address for meeting and agenda notifications. Any BoardSpot email sent to the member, except the portal invitation and password reset, will be CC'd to this second email address. BoardSpot has a survey feature that allows admins to easily collect input from the portal members. This survey feature is available in Professional and Enterprise Plans. || Surveys can be created and distributed by Org-wide admins only. Emailing members is easy and quick inside BoardSpot. It is possible to email multiple people at once through your board portal. This article clarifies how to email other committee members.
