NEW Document Search

The BoardSpot portal allows administrators to search every document within the portal by title, and reveals where the document is located. This article explains how to use this feature.



Document searching requires Org-wide Administrative permissions. For help with this feature please contact your organization's administrator.

Document Searching


How to search for a Document:


As an org-wide admin, navigate to the Governing Documents page.
Select the "All Documents" tab at the top of the page.
Type your search criteria into the open text field and click Search. Note: the portal searches on the document TITLE ONLY. The search function does not search for words within a document
To start another search simply click Clear and type another word/words in the open text field.
