Emailing People

Emailing other people in your organization is easy and quick.

Every portal user can email members of committees they are a part of.

Emailing members of a Board or Committee you are a part of:


Navigate to the Board or Committee's page, and select Email Members.
Validate the recipient(s) for the email by ensuring the blue box next to their name is filled with a checkmark. (Note: by unchecking the box next to 'Recipients', at top of the list of names, you will unselect everyone.)
Fill in the email Subject and write the email Message in the text box.
Click 'Send Email'.
