NEW Membership Report

BoardSpot includes a Report to show admins the Membership of your board/committees.


To access the Membership Report you must have administrative permissions for the portal.

Running and Downloading the Membership Report

  1. As an admin, select Reportson the sidebar menu and click Membership Report.
  2. Select the preferred Layout and Settings for the report. Customize options include participant roles and profile information.
  3. Click Download PDF or use dropdown arrow to select Download Word. Note: Find the downloaded report on your device in the folder/file where your documents are stored.
