NEW Secondary Email Address
In the Professional and Enterprise Plans, BoardSpot People profiles include an optional secondary email address for meeting and agenda notifications. Any BoardSpot email sent to the member, except the portal invitation and password reset, will be CC'd to this second email address. This secondary notification can be used for Assistants.
Any BoardSpot email sent to the member, except the portal invitation and password reset, will be CC'd to this second email address.
Log in as an admin user for the organization.
On the People page, click on the ellipses next to the member's name and select Edit.
Fill in the secondary email address in the field provided.
Click Save.
Note: All future emails from BoardSpot sent to this member (except any password reset emails), will be CC'd to this second email address.

Adding a secondary email address:
Log in as an admin user for the organization.
On the People page, click on the ellipses next to the member's name and select Edit.
Fill in the secondary email address in the field provided.
Click Save.
