NEW Text & Email Notifications
Text notifications for meetings, votes, surveys, and electronic signature requests can be a convenient way to keep up to date with board happenings. Standard, Professional and Enterprise Plan portals include the opportunity for board/committee members to enable these notifications according to which features are in the portal and personal preference.
Enabling/Disabling Text and Email Notifications
To set your email and text notifications:
- Click your name on the sidebar menu, and select "Notification Preferences".
- Toggle on/off the Email notifications you wish to receive.
- Click
+Add Phone Number
and add the number to which you want text notifications. - Toggle on/off the Text Message notifications you wish to receive.
- Click
Save Notification Settings
