NEW Text & Email Notifications

Text notifications for meetings, votes, surveys, and electronic signature requests can be a convenient way to keep up to date with board happenings. Standard, Professional and Enterprise Plan portals include the opportunity for board/committee members to enable these notifications according to which features are in the portal and personal preference.



This feature is activated/deactivated by the portal member, and not the Organization or Committee admins.


Enabling/Disabling Text and Email Notifications

To set your email and text notifications:

  1. Click your name on the sidebar menu, and select "Notification Preferences".
  2. Toggle on/off the Email notifications you wish to receive.
  3. Click +Add Phone Number and add the number to which you want text notifications.
  4. Toggle on/off the Text Message notifications you wish to receive.
  5. Click Save Notification Settings.
