Portal Member Login Issues
As a portal member, your profile contains the email address with which you will log in. Below is a list of login troubleshooting steps.
Make sure your Organization has invited you to join their board portal. Did you receive an invitation email and follow the steps to create your password and set your time zone? If so you have completed this step. If not, please do this first.
If you have several email addresses, please make sure your login attempts are using the email address listed in your portal profile. Logging in is tied to your specific profile email address. No other email addresses will work for logging in.
If you are not receiving emails from the portal, here are some troubleshooting steps you can follow to ensure email delivery.
If you don't remember the password you chose during the initial invitation process, you can easily reset your password. Here are instructions for resetting your password.
If you have trouble remembering how to find the portal login page, bookmark the URL for your Organization's portal. Once you have have joined a portal, note the URL of that portal and go there for each future login. (Do not go back to that original invitation email as the link in that email is not correct for either password reset or for logging in.) If you wish to add your portal to your iPhone's home screen you can follow these instructions.
Sometimes an incorrect error message can appear but you are actually successfully logged in to the portal. To check whether your login worked, simply click on any link on the sidebar menu, and it should redirect you.
