Two-Factor Authentication

** BoardSpot allows each user to add Two-Factor Authentication (TFA) to their portal login, for added security. **


Portal members can add TFA to their login without Org Admin assistance.



Two-Factor Authentication

Enabling TFA

  1. Under your name on the sidebar menu, select My Account and select the Two-Factor Authentication link at the top of the page.
  2. Select the method of authentication preferred- either Text or an Authenticator App by clicking Set up application OR Set up phone number.
  3. Follow the steps indicated.
  4. Verify and Save.




Note: TFA can only be disabled by BoardSpot. Caht or email support @boardspot.com to have TFA removed.
