Getting Started

Any portal member can chat with the BoardSpot team, for questions or assistance. To Chat with the BoardSpot team: Log into your board portal. Select Support from the left sidebar menu. (See picture below) Click on Chat with Support and the chat window will open. Compose your chat message and click on the blue "send" button. Logging in to BoardSpot is quick and easy. Each member uses their email address as their user name for login. If a password is forgotten, resetting it is simple. The time zone in each portal member's profile is a critical tool for keeping everyone on time for meetings, no matter where they are.
