NEW Meeting Administrators

BoardSpot allows admins to include a one-time Meeting Administrator in a board/committee meeting. This one-time Administrator will have access to the meeting page and all admin permissions for that meeting (set an agenda, add supplemental documents, edit location information, etc. ) but will not invite the Administrator to other future meetings for that group.

Organization Admins and Committee Admins can invite a one-time Administrator to a meeting. Contact your organization's administrator(s) for assistance with these tasks. This feature is available in the Professional and Enterprise plans only.
