NEW Meeting Administrators
BoardSpot allows admins to include a one-time Meeting Administrator in a board/committee meeting. This one-time Administrator will have access to the meeting page and all admin permissions for that meeting (set an agenda, add supplemental documents, edit location information, etc. ) but will not invite the Administrator to other future meetings for that group.

Adding a one-time Meeting Administrator
- As an admin, go to the Meeting's page and click
Edit Details. - Scroll down to the "Permissions" section.
- Under "Meeting Administrators" click the down arrow and select the appropriate name on the list.
- Click
Saveat top of the page.
Note: the one-time Administrator must be added to the portal (on the People page) and have accepted their invitation, to appear on the list.
