NEW Meeting Guests

BoardSpot allows admins to include a one-time Guest in a board/committee meeting. This Guest will have access to the meeting page and all resources for that meeting (agenda, supplemental documents, location information, etc. ) but will not invite the Guest to other future meetings for that group.




Organization Admins and Committee Admins can invite a Guest to a meeting. Contact your organization's administrator(s) for assistance with these tasks.This feature is available in the Standard, Professional, and Enterprise plans.


Adding a one-time Meeting Guest

  1. As an admin, go to the Meeting's page and click Edit Details.
  2. Scroll down to the "Participants" section.
  3. Under "Meeting Guests" click the down arrow and select the appropriate name on the list.
  4. Click Save at top of the page.

Note: the Guest must be added to the portal (on the People page) and have accepted their invitation, to appear on the list.
