Creating Custom Agenda Templates
**Your Organization can create and save your own customized agenda templates - as many as you want! This helps make meeting prep faster and easier for every Admin! This article spells out how to create your organization's customized agenda templates. **

Creating a new custom agenda template for your organization:
- Click
Add Agendafrom meetings list page or on a specific meeting's page. - The agenda templates selection screen will appear. Select
Blank Template. - Fill out the agenda with the template details desired and click on the
Save as templatelink at the top of the form. - Select
Create a new templateand fill in this new template's title. Note: Using a naming convention for your custom agenda templates (such as the committee's name) will make selection of the correct template easy. - Click
Save. This custom template will now show up in your template selection screen under Custom Templates, and can be used for all future agenda creation. - Repeat this process as many times as needed to create custom templates for each committee, etc..
